The HIPAA-compliant messaging service has been shown to provide measurable improvements in critical areas like patient satisfaction, discharge and transfers, staff satisfaction, lowered readmission rates, a reduction in medical errors, and a reduction in bed days. In addition, with end-to-end message encryption, PHI is protected and messages auto-delete after a set time. All physicians systemwide, and some nurses, now have access to the system on their iOS or Android devices.
